Lučka Bibič is a keynote speaker and leader working at the intersection of data, leadership, and storytelling.
She leads pipeline transformation at one of the world's largest scientific publishers, and speaks internationally on AI transformation, leadership, and reinvention — most recently at We Make Future (Bologna) and Women in Tech Global. Her path started in a lab studying spider venom for chronic pain, and it's shaped how she thinks ever since: rigorous like a scientist, curious like a storyteller.
Off the stage, she writes under the name Miss Solvent — essays on reinvention, becoming, and endurance, the same threads that run through everything she does. She's also an ultrarunner, which might explain the running metaphors: some races you finish, some you don't, and both teach you something about how change actually works.
